Does any one know of a good clutch and brake lever for a dirt bike?
I was wondering if any one knows of any clutch and brake levers i can get for my 2006 honda crf250r. I dont want to spend a lot on them but 50 bucks each would be ok. Whats the best for that price?
There are these Unbreakable levers sold by ASV, and I have found them to be GREAT! Once you've used them you won't want to use anyothers. I kept having the problem where I would simply tip over, and my cheep lever would snap off, and I couldn't finish the race. I found the ASV C5 levers, and now if i tip over, they bend backwards, and when you pick your bike up they go right back into place. The C5 levers are expensive $90 - $155 each and come with a 5 year warrantee , but they have cheaper ones. They have the F3 series for $70 - $130 each and come with a 3 year warrantee. Then they have the F1 series for $50 - $70 each, with a 1 year warrantee. Now I think that the C5's are the best, and they are defiantly worth every penny. If you buy them they WILL BE THE LAST SET OF LEVERS YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY FOR YOUR BIKE!
Another great thing is if you do manage to bend them or break them, you can send them back to ASV and they will send you another lever to replace it (perch and all).
